Deposit
To ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our rooms, we require a security deposit upon booking. For stays shorter than one month, it is a flat fee of $250; for stays longer than one month, it is a flat fee of $500. Security deposits will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
Pets
If you plan on bringing a pet, please let us know so we can send you our pet waiver to sign before arrival. Pets are subject to a $150 fee per pet, per stay.
Cancellation
You may cancel 48 hours after booking without penalty. If you need to cancel after the initial 48-hour period has passed, but prior to check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the entire booking cost.
